Shipping within Germany

Standard shipping within Germany: 2–5 business days; Shipping via DHL or comparable shipping provider; Tracking included where available

International Shipping

Ton Weiß currently ships within the European Union and to selected countries outside the EU.

International orders may take longer due to customs clearance or local shipping processes which we have no control.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or handling fees may apply and are to be borne by the customer.

TonWeiß has no influence on these costs or on any delays caused by customs.

Made-to-order items:

For made-to-order items, the processing time may be longer. In this case, the estimated delivery time will be indicated on the respective product page.

Please note that delays may occur during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Packaging

We don’t believe in "fancy" single-use luxury packaging. In our commitment to Earth-First Packaging, we ship using 'Pre-loved Packaging.' Your piece will be packed securely in reclaimed materials to ensure its safety while respecting our planet's resources.

Returns & Damaged Items

Each Ton Weiß piece is carefully made in small batches. Because most objects are handmade, slight variations in size, shape, glaze, color, or surface are natural and part of the character of the piece.

We pack all orders as carefully and securely as possible to protect fragile objects during transport.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: info@tonweiss.com

Please include:

your order number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the packaging

This helps us process claims with the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must: be unused, be in their original condition, be returned in secure protective packaging.

Because ceramics are fragile, we strongly recommend reusing the original packaging whenever possible.

Personalized/custom-made pieces are non-refundable.

Once your return has arrived safely and has been inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Please note that the return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is returned to Ton Weiß due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, you may be charged additional shipping costs.

Therefore, please ensure that your delivery address is correct.
